This platform was started by alumni of Anna University who once sat in the same classrooms, rushed through the same semesters, and struggled through the same last-minute hunts for notes, lab manuals, important questions, and previous year papers. During our student life, we relied heavily on the kindness of seniors who shared whatever resources they had—sometimes a neatly written notes file, sometimes a rough PDF scanned from the library, and sometimes just a few lines of guidance before an exam. Those small acts of support shaped us more than we realized.
Years later, after graduating, we felt that this cycle of help should continue, but in a more organized and accessible way. We wanted to create a place where students could find everything in one location instead of jumping from group chats to seniors’ folders to random websites. That is how AU Subjects was born. It is a simple website built with the heart of a student, shaped by the experience of alumni, and guided by a long-term vision to support learners for many years to come.
Our mission is to gather syllabus, notes, question banks, lab manuals, and study materials from various sources and present them clearly for all students. We want first-year students to feel less overwhelmed, final-year students to feel supported, and parents to feel relieved knowing that their children have access to helpful academic resources. Though this platform is inspired by Anna University experiences, our goal is to grow and support students from many universities across India.
